About the Role:
Login HR System is expanding its sales team and is looking for a driven Software Sales Executive to lead the full B2B sales cycle for our HR software solutions, targeting factories and large organizations across Egypt.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals

Identify and approach potential clients (factories & large enterprises)

Conduct product demos and presentations tailored to client needs

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers

Follow up on leads and opportunities using CRM systems

Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth implementation

Achieve and exceed sales targets
Requirements:
-
2+ years of experience in B2B sales
-
Previous experience in software sales is highly preferred

Strong understanding of the Egyptian market

Proven ability to manage long and complex sales cycles

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Experience working with CRM systems
-
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
