Application Solutions Engineer

What you're responsible for

• Interface with customers to understand their platform and requirements
• Configure and customize KEF hardware and software for customer specific needs
• Test and qualify KEF systems alongside customers and end users
• Develop documentation and training for our partner integration engineers and test leads
• Communicating customer needs to the rest of the team to influence future development

What we are looking for

• Empathetic and collaborative team player
• Proficiency with C++ and Python
• Experience in robotics
• Experience programming for embedded environments
• Familiarity with Linux and Linux tools
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail

Bonus Skills

• Robotics lab and field testing experience
• Part 107 license with UAS and FPV flying experience
• Familiarity with MAVLink and PX4, Ardupilot, INAV, or other autopilot software
• Experience with Jira and/or other project management software
• Familiarity with ROS / ROS 2 (Robot Operating System)
• Clear, concise technical writing skills

Pay: $120,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
