Application Specialist - IT

Ankura Hospitals is a chain of super specialty hospitals for women and children. Role: IT - Application Specialist

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 4 years to 9 years

CTC: 7 Lacs to 12 Lacs

Job Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Healthcare Operations Alignment
• Coordinate with clinical, administrative, to ensure smooth workflow integration.
• Support digitization projects such as HIMS/EMR, CRM, patient portals, and mobile applications.
• Stakeholder Management
• Act as a primary point of contact between management, vendors, consultants, and internal teams.
• Facilitate regular project review meetings, status updates, and escalation management.
• Gather requirements from doctors, nurses, operations, and finance to align IT solutions.
• Process Improvement
• Identify gaps in existing healthcare workflows and recommend process optimizations.
• Drive automation initiatives to improve patient experience and operational efficiency.
• Well-documented workflows and governance of program deliverables.

Job Requirements: (Must Have Skills)

• Very good communication skills in English , Hindi and Telugu
• Must have good vendor management skills and good negotiation skills with vendors
• Must have good presentation and documentation skills
• Good experience in collaboration with cross functional teams to plan, implement and monitor.
• Candidates should be open to work from office only with 6 days working.
• Candidates from any industry can apply but must have experience in IT Application Management
