As a Full-Time Application Support Analyst I at CellularOne, you will proactively ensure the stability, availability, performance, and reliability of our core applications and systems, including Postpaid, Prepaid, Messaging, and more. Your knowledge will play a critical role in maintaining effective front-end and back-end functionality. You'll tackle operational issues head-on, working to provide solutions and participating in application upgrades by coordinating testing efforts across departments.

You'll also assist in assessing project feasibility and implementation, creating test plans for new features, and documenting essential processes. Collaboration will be key, as you'll partner with internal teams and 3rd party vendors to resolve tickets and support upgrades. This role requires a commitment to providing 24x7 support, including on-call shifts and planned maintenance, ensuring CellularOne systems remain robust and efficient, while enhancing the user experience for our customers.

Proficiency in basic computer programs like Outlook, Word, and Excel is essential for daily operations. Knowledge of operating systems such as Windows, Unix, and Linux will empower you to troubleshoot effectively.

While database or SQL experience is beneficial, what truly sets a candidate apart is an understanding of system and scripting languages like Java, HTML, XML, and JSON. Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

• Database or SQL experience (a plus but not required)
