We are seeking a highly skilled and client-focused Senior Applications Analyst to lead the successful delivery of professional services engagements and serve as a subject matter expert for assigned software applications. In this role, you will drive implementations from start to finish, providing expert guidance, hands-on configuration, end-user training, and ongoing support to ensure optimal performance and client satisfaction. You will work directly with both external and internal stakeholders, building strong partnerships while translating business needs into effective system solutions. Develop and maintain in depth understanding of assigned software applications
Maintains working knowledge of application module integration
Leads the creation and maintenance of internal and external documentation and implementation tools as assigned
Participate in or leads customer professional services offerings including implementations as assigned
Team leader on large or complex projects for other application analyst team members
Participate in configuration management responsibilities as assigned
Participate in process to validate product deployment program
Accountable to comply with implementation standards and guidelines.
Leads in the completion, submission and presentation of product and project documentation required for the assigned responsibilities
Provide support of assigned software applications to the customer base through the established support processes
Provide on-call and off hours support services as assigned and scheduled
Provide call center and implementation command center coverage as scheduled
Evaluate requirements and prepare for product demonstrations as assigned
Participate in process improvement opportunities facilitated by PMO management to tailor implementation and support processes to meet the needs of Vendors/ External Clients
Travels as needed, including weekend travel when necessary (abiding by DSS established travel guidelines)
Participate in product sales opportunities as required

Bachelors degree; equivalent combinations of work experience and\or education will be considered
4 or more years of practical professional experience in application maintenance and implementation
4 or more years of customer facing professional services
Healthcare industry experience in Information Technology or Clinical Informatics
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills involving complex execution with a high attention to detail
Prior experience in a non-IT clinical, administrative or technical specialty in healthcare.
Prior supervisory experience
Experience working in a similar role for a healthcare software development vendor.

Salary at Juno Health, LLC. is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $85,000.00 to $110,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Juno Health's total compensation package for employees.
