Applications Manager – Odoo ERP Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the administration, customization, and integration of Odoo ERP across multiple business functions.
• Drive application strategy, ensuring scalability and alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Manage vendors and external partners for ERP support and enhancements.
• Provide training and support to end-users for smooth adoption and usage.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience with Odoo ERP (functional and technical knowledge).
• Strong understanding of business processes (Finance, HR, Procurement, Sales).
• Ability to manage application lifecycle, integrations, and customizations.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Odoo Functional or Technical Certification.
• Knowledge of Python and PostgreSQL (for Odoo development).
• 5+ years in IT applications management, with at least 3 years in ERP systems.
