We’re looking for a Product Specialist – Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Financial Systems to join our expanding technology team in our Brentwood office. As the ERP Application Product Specialist, you will be responsible for managing our Vista and Vista Web systems. You’ll oversee daily operations, manage vendor SLAs, assist with outages, and drive proactive enhancements. Hands-on experience with Vista, Vista Web is preferred and accounting/payroll procedures are essential for this role.

A DAY IN THE LIFE:
- Provide day-to-day support for ERP users across departments.

Diagnose and resolve system issues, bugs, and errors.

Escalate complex issues to vendors or development teams when needed.

Train end-users on ERP functionalities and best practices.

Create and maintain user manuals, FAQs, and training materials.

Conduct onboarding sessions for new employees.
-
Assist in configuring modules based on business requirements.
-
Support minor customizations and enhancements.
-
Collaborate with developers for more complex changes.
-
Ensure data integrity and accuracy across modules.
-
Support data migration, cleansing, and validation efforts.

Run regular audits and reports to monitor data quality.
NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1-3 years supporting ERP Applications (Vista, Keystyle, Concur, Textura).

Ability to work closely with technical teams to influence architecture, integration design, and data strategy.

Demonstrated success delivering enterprise-grade technology solutions from concept through launch.

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Proven experience with building and troubleshooting reports in Crystal or SSRS

Experience in construction, engineering, or related industries with complex HR and compliance needs.
