• Provide day-to-day support for ERP users across departments.
• Diagnose and resolve system issues, bugs, and errors.
• Escalate complex issues to vendors or development teams when needed.
• Train end-users on ERP functionalities and best practices.
• Create and maintain user manuals, FAQs, and training materials.
• Conduct onboarding sessions for new employees.
• Assist in configuring modules based on business requirements.
• Support minor customizations and enhancements.
• Collaborate with developers for more complex changes.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy across modules.
• Support data migration, cleansing, and validation efforts.
• Run regular audits and reports to monitor data quality.

• 1-3 years supporting ERP Applications (Vista, Keystyle, Concur, Textura).
• Ability to work closely with technical teams to influence architecture, integration design, and data strategy.
• Demonstrated success delivering enterprise-grade technology solutions from concept through launch.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven experience with building and troubleshooting reports in Crystal or SSRS
• Experience in construction, engineering, or related industries with complex HR and compliance needs.
