Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapist

All Together ABA is seeking dedicated full time ABA Therapists for in-home positions! You will have the opportunity to work with exceptional Board Certified Behavior Analysts committed to your professional development and growth within the field of applied behavior analysis. The ideal candidate will be engaging, professional and dedicated to evidence-based practice! All Together ABA provides supervision towards the RBT and BCBA certifications. Responsibilities:

• Work one-on-one with clients to implement individualized ABA treatment plans
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills through positive reinforcement
• Collect and record data on client progress
• Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), parents, and other team members
• Create a fun and engaging learning environment
• Full Time Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-3pm

Qualifications:

• Experience working with children, preferably in ABA or a related field
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field (preferred)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Patience, enthusiasm, and a passion for helping others

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
