Applied Behavior Analyst Therapist

Location: Onsite

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30AM-3:00PM

Pay: $45-$60 per hour

Position Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled ABA Therapist to work directly with students to implement behavior support strategies and promote skill development. The ABA Therapist will follow goals and mandates outlined in the student’s Individualized Education Program (IEP).

Responsibilities:

• Work directly with the client to provide targeted behavior support.
• Implement applied behavior analysis (ABA) strategies to promote skill acquisition and behavior reduction as needed.
• Collect accurate and timely data on progress toward goals.
• Follow a session plan based on IEP goals and the student’s individualized needs.
• Fulfill the mandates outlined on the IEP as determined by the CSE (Committee on Special Education) team.
• Complete detailed, objective session notes after each session documenting student progress toward IEP goals and behavior plan targets.
• Maintain professional and ethical standards at all times.

Qualifications:

Master's Degree in one of the following:

• Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Special Education + ABA Work Experience
• Psychology + ABA Work Experience
• Masters Social Work (LMSW or LCSW) + ABA Work Experience

Experience:

• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow professional guidelines.
