We are looking for a high-performing Listing Agent to join XIS Real Estate.

This role is strictly for professionals with a proven ability to secure property listings and build strong relationships with property owners in Abu Dhabi.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Abu Dhabi real estate
• Proven track record in acquiring property listings
• Strong network of property owners and investors
• Deep understanding of pricing, market trends, and seller psychology
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills

Responsibilities:

• Source and secure exclusive and non-exclusive property listings
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners
• Advise clients on pricing, positioning, and market strategy
• Coordinate marketing of listed properties with internal team
• Ensure accurate documentation and smooth listing processes
