• Minimum 2 years of experience in Abu Dhabi real estate
• Proven sales performance and closing record
• Strong understanding of the local market (primary & secondary)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage clients independently from inquiry to closing

• Handle buyer and seller inquiries professionally
• Present suitable property options based on client needs
• Conduct viewings and follow-ups
• Negotiate and close deals efficiently
