We're looking for reliable Crew Members and Future Team Leaders must be willing to learn our methods and ways of using mowers, weed-eaters, trimmers and blowers in a residential and commercial environment.

Team Leader Requirements:

-Hardscaping experience preferred but not required
- minimum 2 years professional mowing experience
- team focused - we all succeed together
- the ability to work on your own and/or lead a team of up to 2 crew members
- good people skills
- clean driving license
- eye for detail and safety
- positive attitude
- reliable transportation
- punctuality: be on time every time

Hours 30-40 hours overtime possible:
Monday - 6:45 to 4:00
Tuesday - 6:45 to 4:00
Wednesday - 6:45 to 4:00
Thursday - 6:45 to 4:00
Friday - 6:45 to 4:00
Saturday - Must be available to work Saturdays to catch up on bad weather days during the week.

Pay starts @ $14 per hour for all new hires Team Leaders depending on qualifications pay may increase rapidly. Your pay will increase in line with certificates received, quality work, and time with us, attitude, reliability and proven qualifications. Interviews set up via Indeed.
