About the Role
As an Appointment Setter & Closer, you will be responsible for generating leads, booking appointments, conducting follow-ups, and converting prospects into clients. You will engage with clinic owners, administrators, managers, and healthcare professionals to introduce our Virtual Triage platform and demonstrate how it can help improve patient access and clinic operations.
Responsibilities
- Contact clinic owners, clinic administrators, managers, and healthcare decision-makers.
- Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, email, phone calls, and WhatsApp.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments with interested prospects.
- Follow up with potential clients and maintain consistent communication.
- Present and explain the benefits of the Virtual Triage platform.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare providers.
- Update CRM and sales records accurately.
- Work closely with management to achieve sales and appointment-setting targets.
- Support the sales process from initial outreach through client onboarding.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in appointment setting, sales, lead generation, telemarketing, or business development.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong phone etiquette and professional communication skills.
- Ability to confidently engage with business owners and healthcare professionals.
- Strong negotiation and follow-up abilities.
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling SaaS products, healthcare services, digital solutions, websites, or marketing services.
- Experience working with healthcare providers, clinics, or medical organizations.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales pipelines.
