About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented appointment setter / business development associate to become a key part of our team. The right candidate will have 1-2 years of solid hands-on experience in email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and professional client communication. This role is focused on booking qualified meetings and driving new business opportunities through targeted, well-crafted outreach campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
› Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients through email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach.
› Set qualified appointments and schedule meetings between prospects and the sales team. › Build and manage a healthy pipeline of warm and cold leads at all times.
› Craft personalized, compelling outreach messages tailored to each prospect's needs.
› Consistently follow up with prospects to move them through the pipeline.
› Keep CRM records up to date and log all outreach and lead activity accurately.
› Conduct research on target markets, industries, and key decision-makers.
› Nurture relationships with prospects and keep them engaged until they are sales-ready.
› Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on outreach strategies and goals.
› Hit and exceed monthly appointment-setting and lead generation targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
› Demonstrated experience in appointment setting, email marketing, and LinkedIn outreach.
› Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional tone. › Comfortable working with CRM systems and lead generation tools.
› Ability to write engaging, personalized outreach messages that get responses. › Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a consultative approach.
› Highly self-motivated, organized, and driven by targets and results.
› Ability to manage a high volume of outreach while maintaining quality and consistency.
