Appointed Person / Lifting Engineer

• Minimum 5 years of Oil & Gas lifting experience.
• QatarEnergy/NGL project experience is highly preferred.
• Proven experience in preparing:
• Lifting Plans
• Lifting Drawings
• Lifting Calculations
• Critical Lift Studies
• Crane Selection
• Method Statements
• Risk Assessments
• Strong experience in supervising and coordinating lifting operations in compliance with QatarEnergy/NGL lifting requirements, client specifications, and HSE standards.
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or an equivalent engineering discipline (preferred).
• LEEA Appointed Person Certification – Mandatory.
• Valid LEEA Certification – Mandatory.
• Valid third-party lifting competency certificates – Mandatory.
