What You'll Be Up To:

As a pivotal member of our team, your role will be to engage with customers, drive sales, and build brand awareness in the local community. Your mission includes:

• Expanding our customer base through relationship building and top-notch customer service
• Utilizing outside sales and marketing strategies to generate leads and connect with potential clients
• Setting appointments to maximize sales opportunities
• Creating an exceptional customer experience by working closely with our sales team
• Representing The Chill Brothers brand with confidence and professionalism
• Actively prospecting for new business opportunities through networking and outreach

Qualifications:

• Retail, customer service, or sales experience preferred (but not required)
• Entry Level
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Reliability and a strong work ethic
• Flexibility with your schedule
• Must be at least 18 years old

• Payment Frequency: Weekly
• Bonus & Incentives: Yes (uncapped commission potential)
