Role
Inside Sales Representative (New Patient Coordinator) — convert inbound/outbound leads into Day-1 diagnostic appointments, keep show-rates high, and own pipeline follow-through across phone, SMS, and CRM (GoHighLevel).

What You’ll Do

  • Respond to inbound leads fast (phone/SMS/email); speed-to-lead ≤ 2 minutes during coverage hours.
  • Re-engage old leads and cold lists with multi-touch cadences.
  • Book & confirm Day-1 diagnostic visits; reschedule proactively to protect show-rate.
  • Pre-frame expectations (what happens at Day-1/Day-2) to reduce no-shows.
  • Keep GHL spotless: notes, next steps, dispositions, opt-in status, tasks.
  • Follow proven scripts & objection frameworks—sound natural, never pushy.
  • Hit weekly KPIs and collaborate with the clinics to improve conversion and show.

You Are

  • A clear, empathetic communicator who can guide hesitant prospects.
  • Systems-minded: you live in the CRM and close loops.
  • Competitive about metrics; calm under call volume.
  • Tech-comfortable (CRMs, texting, dialers, call recording).
  • 1–3+ years in inside sales / appointment setting / high-volume phone work.

Nice to Have

  • GoHighLevel experience; healthcare/wellness intake; bilingual (Spanish or Mandarin).

  • Motivated by hitting performance goals and improving conversion rates
  • Comfortable with CRMs, automations, and modern communication tools
  • Organized and proactive — you follow up, follow through, and own your pipeline
  • Experience in appointment setting, customer service, or inside sales

Nice-to-Have

  • Prior experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM
  • Background in healthcare, wellness, or chiropractic clinics
  • Bilingual (Spanish or Mandarin a plus)
  • Experience with remote phone-based roles and outcome-based KPIs

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
