 We&rsquo;re looking for a reliable and confident Appointment Setter to help book qualified discovery calls for our team.
 
 
 
 What You&rsquo;ll Be Doing:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Reaching out via calls to interested contacts
 </li>
 <li>
 Starting conversations with potential clients
 </li>
 <li>
 Qualifying leads based on the criteria provided
 </li>
 <li>
 Booking appointments for the sales team
 </li>
 <li>
 Following up with leads consistently
 </li>
 <li>
 Updating CRM and keeping records organized
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Requirements:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Previous experience as an appointment setter, SDR, or similar outreach role
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong written and verbal English communication skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable with outbound messaging and follow-ups
 </li>
 <li>
 Organized and responsive
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience using GHL and outreach tools is a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working within the recruitment niche is a plus
 </li>
