Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using targeted marketing lists and warm leads to set up appointments for our sales team
- Engage in effective B2B (business-to-business) communication, demonstrating the value of our technology products and services
- Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as Salesforce to track interactions, update lead information, and manage follow-ups
- Negotiate appointment times that align with client availability while maintaining a positive and professional tone
- Qualify potential clients by understanding their needs and ensuring they are a good fit for our solutions
- Collaborate with marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and improve appointment conversion rates
- Maintain detailed records of all calls, appointments scheduled, and client interactions in CRM systems to ensure seamless follow-up
Requirements
- Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or B2B sales roles with a focus on outbound calling and customer engagement
- Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities in English
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing leads and sales pipelines
- Knowledge of technology sales, technical sales processes, or business development is highly desirable
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
- Ability to work independently, stay motivated, and meet daily appointment-setting targets
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and outbound calling techniques including warm calling strategies
