Role: The Appointment Setter will effectively and efficiently generate and nurture leads via social media messenger systems, book sales calls, and bring positive energy daily! The Appointment Setter is a detail-oriented, go-getter who enjoys taking MASSIVE action and making a positive impact in other people’s lives.

Responsibilities:

• Communicating back and forth with potential clients via Instagram and Facebook direct messenger systems
• Scheduling 6-8 sales calls a week on our sales teams calendar
• Check the Program Application Type Form daily and schedule any new applicants for a sales call
• Scheduling and rescheduling sales calls on our sales teams calendar
• Sending confirmation messages daily to potential clients to confirm their calls prior to the scheduled time slot they booked to help decrease no show rates
• Refer leads who do not want to schedule a call to the current lead magnet
• Message / follow up with 750 leads a week (~150/day)
• Organize leads in our lead tracker

Results:

• book 6-8 sales calls a week

Requirements:

• Understanding the art of nurturing a lead and are confident that they will have potential clients in a do-whatever-it-takes mindset to empower them to take action
• Available ~15 hours a week, (3) hours each day, Monday - Friday, split up between (3) 1 hour time blocks (morning, afternoon, evening)
• You are efficient with Facebook and Instagram, excellent at communication skills, and excellent at building rapport
• Allowing myself or another team member to shadow conversation, evaluate messages, provide training and feedback
• Ability to work as a team to create to full potential to increase close rates
• Attend 1-2 weekly trainings via Zoom video chat and actively participate
• Provide insightful and valuable feedback on lead gen, lead quality, lead nurture, etc. to help dial in lead generation strategies
• You are punctual, self-sufficient, and able to properly manage one’s own time.
• You're someone positive, self-motivated, and READY to grow with us.
• You're passionate about wanting to change peoples lives for the better, and would enjoy it even more by working from home everyday
• You are detail-oriented, a go-getter who enjoys taking MASSIVE action. You don't like to sit around and waste time, you'd rather be doing something, making an impact, being productive
• You're comfortable working in a startup business that is rapidly progressing and changing every day

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $1,500.00 - $2,500.00 per month

Expected hours: 15.0 per week
