Appointment Setter

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Appointment Setter to join our mortgage team! In this role, you will reach out to real estate agents on behalf of our loan officers to schedule networking appointments and help build referral relationships. You'll work remotely using GoHighLevel CRM to manage outreach and track your pipeline. This is a part-time, paid position (20–25 hours/week at $15-$20/hour) — ideal for someone with appointment setting experience who is comfortable on the phone and thrives in a goal-oriented environment.

Duties

• Make outbound calls to real estate agents using professional phone etiquette to introduce our loan officers and generate interest in a networking meeting
• Schedule appointments accurately and efficiently, ensuring all contact information and appointment details are correctly logged in GoHighLevel CRM
• Follow up with prospects via phone or text to confirm appointments and answer preliminary questions
• Maintain detailed records of all interactions, including call notes, appointment statuses, and agent preferences
• Collaborate with our loan officers to ensure smooth handoffs and well-prepared appointments
• Provide a warm, professional first impression that reflects positively on our brand and team

Skills

• Prior appointment setter experience is required — you should be comfortable with outbound calling, handling objections, and staying consistent
• Strong phone presence with professional etiquette and a friendly, confident communication style
• Experience with CRM platforms; GoHighLevel familiarity is a strong plus
• Organized and self-directed — able to manage your own call queue and follow-up tasks without constant supervision
• Mortgage or real estate industry background is a bonus, but not required
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace
