At Nancy STEM Education, we don’t just sell tutoring. We help students build confidence, clarity, and real results in one of the toughest high school subjects: AP Physics.

We’re looking for a high-energy, people-first Appointment Setter who can connect with parents and students, understand their challenges, and guide them toward the right next step and booking a consultation call with our team.

This is not a spam-calling role.
This is real conversations with warm leads who already need help.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Call and follow up with warm leads (parents & students who have shown interest)
• Have meaningful conversations to understand student struggles, goals, and urgency
• Qualify leads and book consultation calls with our academic advisors
• Send reminders and follow-ups to ensure high show-up rates
• Keep detailed notes and update CRM systems accurately
• Work closely with our team to ensure a smooth, high-quality experience for families

Who We’re Looking For

You’ll do well in this role if you:

• Are confident on the phone and enjoy talking to people
• Can build trust quickly (especially with parents)
• Are a strong listener — not just a talker
• Have experience in sales, call center, or customer service (preferred, not required)
• Are organized and detail-oriented with follow-ups and scheduling
• Can stay calm, professional, and positive in conversations
• Are coachable and open to feedback

• Remote position
• Flexible hours (must be available for U.S. time zones, especially evenings)
