About the Role: Dial by Daylight is seeking a highly skilled Part-Time B2B Appointment Setter to represent a cutting-edge B2B SaaS platform focused on HR and Employee Benefits. Your primary goal will be to execute outbound calls to secure product demo meetings for our client's closing team.

Who You Will Be Calling:

• VPs, C-Suite Executives, and Managers of Benefits, HR, Wellbeing, and Rewards.

What You Need to Succeed (Strict Requirements):

• Targeted Experience: You must have previous experience specifically selling into or booking appointments with HR departments.
• Communication: High-level English fluency with a professional, confident tone suitable for speaking with C-Suite executives.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating CRM systems and dialers.

Compensation & Schedule:

• Base Rate: $3.00 / hour.
• Bonus Structure: $50+ Weekly Performance Bonus for hitting booking KPIs. (Note: We provide a 2-week ramp-up period where KPIs and bonuses will unlock after your first two weeks).
• Shift (Part-Time): Flexible working hours within the 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM Cairo Time window (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST).
