Job Type: Full-Time | Shift Timings: Night Shift (US Hours) | 6pm -3am

Job Summary

Atlantis Tech is looking for a confident and results-driven Outbound Caller / Appointment Setter to support US healthcare operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, the ability to engage potential clients professionally, and experience in lead generation or appointment setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective healthcare clients.
• Introduce company services and generate client interest through professional communication.
• Qualify leads and identify decision-makers.
• Schedule appointments and maintain follow-up communication.
• Update CRM records and maintain accurate call documentation.
• Achieve outreach and appointment-setting targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support business operations.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, customer support, healthcare coordination, or client communication.
• Excellent English communication and professional phone etiquette.
• Strong objection-handling and conversational skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer applications.
• Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented.
• Experience in healthcare, medical billing, RCM, or healthcare services will be considered an advantage.
