Appointment Setter (B2B Cybersecurity, Dubai Based)

Rootsec is a cybersecurity company delivering penetration testing, 24/7 monitoring (Managed Detection and Response), and incident response services. We work with organizations that take security seriously and want strong technical expertise with clear communication.

We are launching a focused outbound calling campaign in Dubai and are looking for an experienced Appointment Setter who can confidently call senior security decision makers and book qualified meetings for our team.

The Role

You will be calling a large list of senior cybersecurity contacts in Dubai and the UAE, including CISOs and IT security decision makers. This is cold outreach. Your primary goal is to book qualified meetings for the Rootsec team.

You do not need to be a cybersecurity engineer. You do need to be professional, structured, persistent, and comfortable speaking with executives.

Responsibilities

• Cold call CISOs, IT Managers, and security decision makers in Dubai and the UAE
• Deliver a clear and professional introduction to Rootsec and our services
• Qualify interest and confirm the right point of contact
• Book meetings directly into our calendar
• Follow up via WhatsApp or email when needed
• Track all activity and outcomes in a CRM or spreadsheet
• Report weekly results and provide feedback from the market

Requirements

• Based in Dubai or the UAE, with the ability to call locally
• Fluent English communication skills, spoken and written
• Proven experience in B2B appointment setting or outbound SDR work
• Comfortable calling senior decision makers and handling objections
• Strong discipline with follow up and documentation
• Goal oriented and able to work consistently with targets

Nice to Have

• Experience selling IT services, cybersecurity, SaaS, or managed services
• Arabic language skills
• Experience with Pipedrive, or similar CRM tools
