Appointment Setter (Cold Caller)

Job Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven Appointment Setter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be making outbound cold calls to potential clients across various industries, introducing our digital marketing services, and booking appointments for our Business Development Managers (BDMs). Your communication skills and ability to engage prospects will directly contribute to our growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound cold calls to a targeted list of potential clients
• Present our digital marketing services confidently and professionally
• Identify and qualify leads based on set criteria
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars for BDMs
• Maintain accurate call logs and lead statuses
• Collaborate with BDMs to refine lead outreach strategies
• Meet or exceed weekly/monthly appointment-setting targets

Requirements:

• Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or lead generation
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with high-volume calling and handling objections
• Familiarity with CRM or appointment scheduling tools
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
• Basic understanding of digital marketing services is a plus
