About the Role

We're looking for a high-energy, results-driven Appointment Setter / Cold Caller to help us reach business owners and book qualified appointments.

This is a high-volume outbound calling role. You will be expected to make 100–120 calls per day and book qualified calls with interested business owners.

If you're confident on the phone, persistent, and motivated by performance, this is a great opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Make 100–120 outbound calls per day
• Call business owners (contractors, local service businesses, etc.)
• Follow provided script (with flexibility for natural conversation)
• Book qualified appointments on our calendar
• Log call notes and outcomes
• Handle objections professionally
• Maintain a positive, energetic tone

Requirements

• Strong English speaking skills (clear, confident voice)
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
• Reliable internet connection
• Quiet working environment
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
• Sales or cold calling experience preferred (not required)

• Previous appointment setting experience
• B2B calling experience
• Experience using CRM or dialers
• Sales background

Compensation

• $8–$17 per hour (based on experience)
• Performance bonuses per appointment booked
