Appointment Setter (Cold Outreach & Lead Generation)

At Techorphic, we help startups and businesses build scalable digital products including web apps, mobile apps, SaaS platforms, and custom software solutions.

We’re now looking for a highly motivated Appointment Setter who can generate qualified meetings for our sales team.

Role Overview

Your main responsibility will be to identify potential clients and book qualified meetings with decision-makers (founders, CEOs, product managers, etc.).

You will be the first point of contact, representing Techorphic and creating strong first impressions.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct cold outreach via:
  • LinkedIn
  • Email
  • Upwork / Freelance platforms
  • Identify and qualify leads (startups, SMEs, SaaS companies)
  • Book meetings/demo calls for the sales team
  • Follow up consistently with prospects
  • Maintain CRM / lead tracking system
  • Work closely with marketing & sales team to refine messaging

Requirements

  • Proven experience in:
  • Appointment setting / lead generation / BDR role
  • Strong communication & persuasion skills
  • Experience with tools like:
  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Apollo / Instantly / HubSpot (plus point)
  • Understanding of software development services (web/mobile/SaaS) is a big advantage
  • Ability to handle rejection and stay consistent

Compensation

  • Base + performance-based commission
  • Bonus per qualified meeting / closed deal
  • Growth opportunity into Sales Closer / Account Manager

Work Setup

  • Prefer candidates with overlap in US / AU time zones
