Your Role at Synorise
As a Sales Appointment Setter, you will:
- Identify and reach out to potential clients in the US construction industry.
- Schedule qualified appointments with decision-makers for our sales team.
- Promote Synorise’s specialized cost estimation services through strategic outbound calls and emails.
- Build rapport with prospects and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Consistently follow up with leads and manage CRM tools effectively.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed campaign goals.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: Intermediate or Bachelor's degree.
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in US-based B2B sales or lead generation.
- Communication: Fluent in spoken and written English with excellent persuasive selling skills.
- Confidence: Comfortable making outbound calls, handling objections, and negotiating with clients.
- Drive: Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
