AI Coordinator — Appointment Setting

About the Role

We are looking for a driven, articulate, and persistent AI Business Coordinator to join our outbound appointment-setting team. Your sole mission is to connect business owners with our AI Solutions Consultants by scheduling qualified appointments — you are not selling. You are opening doors.

We help small and mid-sized businesses implement cutting-edge AI-powered business automations and artificial employees (AI agents that handle real operational tasks like customer service, scheduling, lead follow-up, data entry, and more). Your job is to get the right decision-makers on the calendar so our consultants can do what they do best.

What You'll Do

  • Make a high volume of outbound calls to business owners and key decision-makers
  • Work past gatekeepers professionally and persistently to reach the owner or authorized decision-maker
  • Deliver a concise, confident, and intentionally brief introduction — enough to spark curiosity, not enough to answer every question
  • Qualify prospects by verifying they are the person who can authorize a meeting without delay
  • Schedule confirmed appointments for AI Solutions Consultants
  • Confirm appointments 24 hours in advance to reduce no-shows
  • Communicate appointment details clearly to the consulting team

What You're NOT Doing

  • You are not explaining or selling AI services on the phone
  • You are not conducting demos or walkthroughs
  • You are not answering in-depth questions about pricing, scope, or implementation — that belongs to the consultant

Your job ends when the appointment is booked and confirmed. Period.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong phone presence — confident, clear, and professional
  • Resilient and coachable; you don't fold at the first objection or gatekeeper pushback
  • Ability to deliver a short, neutral, and intriguing introduction without over-explaining
  • Basic understanding of small business operations (helpful, not required)
  • High activity tolerance — this is a volume-driven role
  • Self-motivated with a competitive mindset and a drive to hit daily and weekly appointment targets

Compensation

  • Base pay + performance bonuses tied to confirmed, kept appointments
  • Additional incentives for appointment quality and conversion rates

Business owners are leaving money on the table because they don't know what's available to them. You're the first link in the chain that changes that. Without you, the consultant never gets in front of the client.

Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
