About the Role

We are seeking "A*" PLAYERS* that are outgoing, energetic, and approachable to represent Everlasting Window & Door inside Walmart. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers, engaging shoppers in friendly conversation about window and door replacement needs, and scheduling free in-home consultations with our professional sales team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys talking with people, has strong communication skills, and thrives in a high-energy environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage and interact with Walmart shoppers as they pass by our storefront display
• Start conversations about window and door replacement needs in a warm, approachable manner
• Educate potential customers about our products and services
• Schedule free, no-obligation in-home consultations for our sales team
• Represent Everlasting Window & Door with professionalism and enthusiasm

Qualifications

• Strong communication and people skills – you love talking with others!
• Positive attitude and outgoing personality
• Ability to confidently approach and engage with shoppers
• Goal-oriented and motivated to set appointments
• Previous customer service, retail, or marketing experience a plus (but not required)
