USA Floor Surfaces is a fast-growing concrete resurfacing company serving homeowners throughout South Florida. We specialize in transforming driveways, pool decks, patios, and other exterior concrete surfaces with decorative coatings, overlays, staining, sealing, and protective finishes.

We are looking for a reliable, sharp, well-spoken Appointment Setter / Lead Intake Coordinator to help manage inbound leads and schedule free in-home estimates.

This is not cold calling. You will be contacting homeowners who requested an estimate through our website, advertisements, or inbound lead forms.

This role is extremely important to our company because you will be the first real point of contact for many potential customers. Your job is to respond quickly, qualify the lead, explain the estimate process, schedule the appointment properly, and help make sure the customer is prepared before our sales representative arrives.

Position Details

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20–$24 per hour, depending on experience
Bonus: $25 per completed qualified estimate
Location: Remote for now, but must be located in South Florida or willing to work hybrid/in-office in the future
Service Area: Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, and surrounding Florida markets as we expand

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Call new inbound leads quickly after they request an estimate
  • Follow up with leads by phone and text to schedule free in-home estimates
  • Qualify homeowners before booking appointments
  • Confirm that the customer is within our service area
  • Make sure the project is a service we actually perform
  • Confirm that the homeowner or proper decision maker will be present
  • Explain that the estimate appointment usually takes about 45–60 minutes
  • Schedule appointments on the sales team calendar
  • Call each scheduled appointment the day before to confirm and reduce no-shows
  • Verify homeowner/property information using public property records
  • Update all lead notes, appointment details, and pipeline stages inside our CRM
  • Communicate clearly with the sales team about appointment quality and customer details
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and accurate lead management process

Important: This Is Not a Cold Calling Role

You will not be calling random lists of people.

You will be contacting homeowners who already submitted their information and requested a free estimate. Your job is to respond quickly, professionally, and confidently so we can book high-quality appointments for our sales team.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of customer service, phone sales, call center, scheduling, or appointment setting experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Comfortable making outbound calls to inbound leads
  • Comfortable sending professional text messages and follow-ups
  • Basic computer and CRM skills
  • Reliable internet and phone/computer access
  • Must be available during normal business hours
  • Some evening and weekend availability may be required
  • Must be located in South Florida or open to working hybrid/in-office in the future as the company grows

Preferred Experience

Experience in any of the following is a plus, but not required:

  • Home improvement
  • Construction
  • Roofing, windows, flooring, painting, remodeling, or similar trades
  • Appointment setting
  • Inside sales
  • Call center work
  • CRM systems
  • Service-based businesses

Compensation

This position pays $20–$24 per hour, depending on experience.

In addition to hourly pay, you will earn a $25 bonus for each completed qualified estimate.

A completed qualified estimate means the appointment was completed by our sales representative and met our company’s appointment quality standards, including proper homeowner verification, correct service area, correct project type, and decision maker availability.

We do not pay bonuses for appointments that are simply booked but do not show or do not qualify. Our goal is quality appointments that help the sales team succeed.
