Position: Appointment setter/Outbound Cold Caller

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Timing: 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM PKT

Location: Lahore (Johar Town)

Salary: 40k - 70k + 2% Sales commission and Appointment Bonus.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Appointment setter who will focus on outbound cold calling campaign and book appointments. Your main responsibility will be to reach promotional product distributors in the United States, introduce our solutions, identify potential interest, and schedule meetings for our senior sales team.

This role is focused on opening conversations and setting qualified meetings rather than closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call Targeted outbound cold calls in the United States region.
• Introduce Swishtag and Setup Appointment for closer.
• Ask discovery questions to understand the prospect’s current system and challenges
• Identify potential interest and qualify prospects
• Schedule meetings and strategy calls for the closing team
• Maintain accurate records of calls and conversations in the CRM
• Follow calling scripts and outreach processes while maintaining natural conversation

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills in English
• Confidence speaking with business owners and decision makers
• Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales outreach is preferred
• Ability to handle objections and keep conversations professional
