As an Appointment Setter at Rebecca Rose Fine Portraits, your role is simple:
Create an exceptional first impression and get qualified clients booked.
This is a performance-driven role with clear expectations and real earning potential.
- Follow up with warm leads who have already expressed interest (approx. 100+ calls daily)
- Build rapport fast and make every client feel heard and valued
- Ask the right questions to understand needs, motivations, and timing
- Confidently guide clients to book their portrait session (at least a minimum of 30+ booked appointments weekly)
- Overcome objections with professionalism and ease
- Consistently hit and exceed booking targets
- Strong phone presence and natural conversational ability
- A client-first mindset with attention to detail
- Performance-driven and motivated by goals and results
- Comfortable guiding conversations and asking for commitment
- Organized with solid follow-up habits
- Sales, customer service, or appointment setting experience required
- Warm, qualified leads (no cold calling grind)
