Appointment Setter / SDR (Remote) – Social Media Agency for Trades

We are a specialized social media agency that helps trade businesses (HVAC, Electricians, Welders, etc.) dominate their local markets. We’ve worked with over 85 companies, and we’re looking for a sharp, resilient Appointment Setter to help us scale.

You won't be doing "blind" cold calling. You will be using our "Gap Analysis" method to show business owners exactly where they are losing money on social media.

### What You’ll Be Doing

Strategic Outreach: Manage outreach via Facebook, LinkedIn, and phone.

Gap Analysis: Identify "Social Decay" (businesses that haven't posted in weeks) and use that as your hook.

H2H (Human-to-Human) Interaction: No robotic scripts. You’ll have real conversations to find "Buying Signals."

Appointment Setting: Book qualified leads onto our Closer’s calendar.

Blue-Collar Friendly: You can talk to a shop owner in a way that feels peer-to-peer, not "salesy."

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with GHL, Facebook Business Suite, and basic CRM management.

Self-Managed: You work 7-10 hours a day and hit your targets without being micromanaged.

Compensation & Perks

Per Appointment Pay: $25 per appointment shown.
