Role Summary We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Telesales Executive whose main responsibility is to contact potential clients, qualify their interest, and book appointments for the Sales Executive team. This role does not involve closing sales, but requires confidence, communication skills, and the ability to identify serious prospects. Key Responsibilities • Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce the company and its services. • Assess client needs and determine whether they are a suitable prospect. • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria. • Schedule appointments or calls for Sales Executives with confirmed prospects. • Maintain accurate records of calls, outcomes, and client information in the CRM system. • Follow up with warm leads to confirm interest and rebook missed appointments. • Maintain a high call volume and meet daily/weekly lead-qualification and appointment-setting targets. • Ensure professionalism and quality communication in every call. • Coordinate with Sales Executives to ensure smoot What We Offer • Competitive salary + incentive scheme based on appointments booked. • Training on products, scripts, and qualification criteria. • Career growth opportunities into sales or other departments. • Supportive and collaborative work environment.

Requirements
Requirements • Previous experience in telesales, call center, customer service. • Excellent telephone communication skills and a confident speaking style. • Highly motivated and energetic with a positive attitude. • Ability to quickly identify customer interest and filter qualified leads. • Good English communication; Arabic/Urdu is a bonus. • Strong attention to detail and ability to update systems accurately. • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
