Location: Sector 17C Chandigarh
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Job Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Agreement: 2-year service agreement

Position Overview

We are looking for 2 Doctors (Fresher) from BDS, Ayurveda, or Homeopathy background to join our Appointment Handling Team. The role involves managing client queries on phone, guiding them about services, and assisting in appointment scheduling.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound & outbound calls related to appointments.
• Provide accurate information about services, treatments, and procedures.
• Understand client concerns and guide them professionally.
• Maintain proper records of calls and appointment schedules.
• Coordinate with clinic staff for smooth appointment flow.
• Ensure high standards of communication and customer handling.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills (Hindi/English).
• Strong convincing and interpersonal abilities.
• Polite, patient, and professional approach on calls.
• Basic computer knowledge for data entry & scheduling.

Qualification

• BDS / BAMS (Ayurveda) / BHMS (Homeopathy) – Freshers can apply.

Employment Terms

• Candidates must be willing to sign a 2-year employment agreement.
• Job location is strictly Chandigarh, Sector 17.
• Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
