  • Achieve the assigned target for renewals as per Management decision
  • Ensure all renewal AMCs are renewed on due date and timely notifications sent for renewal.
  • Answer phones and emails, schedules and confirms appointments, and inputs customer data into company systems.
  • Organize workflow and appointment by reading and routing correspondence, collecting customer information, and managing assignments.
  • Maintain customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Secure information by completing database backups.
  • Manage all records attendance and approvals for DC technicians/drivers/helpers.
  • Keep track of all DC tools, equipments and machinery.
  • Train, mentor and provide guidance on proper techniques, equipment operation, and procedures to technicians
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of contracts and appointments
  • Maintain procedures/office administrative systems
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
  • Any other task assigned by the Reporting Manager

PREFERABLE ON SPONSORSHIP OR OWN VISA

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
