- Achieve the assigned target for renewals as per Management decision
- Ensure all renewal AMCs are renewed on due date and timely notifications sent for renewal.
- Answer phones and emails, schedules and confirms appointments, and inputs customer data into company systems.
- Organize workflow and appointment by reading and routing correspondence, collecting customer information, and managing assignments.
- Maintain customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
- Secure information by completing database backups.
- Manage all records attendance and approvals for DC technicians/drivers/helpers.
- Keep track of all DC tools, equipments and machinery.
- Train, mentor and provide guidance on proper techniques, equipment operation, and procedures to technicians
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of contracts and appointments
- Maintain procedures/office administrative systems
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
- Any other task assigned by the Reporting Manager
