Job Summary

The Factory Internship Program is designed to provide fresh graduates with hands-on exposure to real manufacturing operations. Over a period of six months, interns will rotate across multiple departments within the factory to gain a broad understanding of production processes, quality standards, safety practices, and overall operations efficiency.

This program aims to develop talent by offering practical training, mentorship, and opportunities to contribute to ongoing projects within the factory environment.

What you will do

• Participate in safety briefings and risk assessments.
• Learn basic HSE standards and compliance requirements.
• Support initiatives related to workplace safety improvements.
• Support daily manufacturing processes.
• Monitor production line performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Assist in documenting operational data and reporting deviations.
