POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Laborer to join our field crew. You'll be doing real, hands-on work outdoors, on the ground, making properties look great and keeping them maintained year-round. If you're someone who works hard and takes pride in a job well done, we want to hear from you.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing
• Spring and fall property cleanups
• Leaf removal and debris hauling
• Snow plowing and shoveling
• Property cleanouts (interior and exterior)
• General property maintenance and minor home repairs
• Property preservation tasks

REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to perform physical outdoor labor in all weather conditions
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Prior experience in lawn care, landscaping, or labor a plus — will train the right candidate
• Must be located in or near New Haven County, CT
