Apprentice Electrician (3rd–4th Year) — $22-$25/hr — Commercial Project — San Marcos, TX

Anchor Workforce Partners is hiring three Apprentice Electricians (3rd–4th year experience level) for a commercial project in San Marcos, TX. Start date: May 25, 2026. Length: ~13 weeks with potential for additional work after.

What you'll do:

• Support the Lead Journeyman on commercial electrical install work
• Run conduit, pull wire, mount boxes, install lighting and devices
• Material handling, layout work, and clean-up
• Work alongside an experienced crew on a real commercial project

What we need:

• 3+ years of hands-on electrical experience (commercial preferred)
• Comfortable reading basic blueprints and following install plans
• Own basic hand tools (we'll cover specialty equipment)
• Pass background check and drug screen
• Reliable transportation to our client's shop in San Marcos — crew rides together to job site

• $22–$25/hr DOE, paid weekly
