Duties

• Assist senior mechanics with inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing mechanical systems and equipment
• Learn to use essential tools and diagnostic devices, including the ohmmeter for electrical testing
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as lubrication, adjustments, and part replacements
• Support the troubleshooting process by gathering data and documenting repair procedures
• Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a secure working environment for yourself and others
• Participate in training sessions to enhance your understanding of mechanical systems and industry standards
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used for each task

Requirements

• Basic understanding of mechanical principles or related technical coursework preferred
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to operate hand tools and diagnostic equipment safely and effectively
• Familiarity with electrical testing devices such as the ohmmeter is a plus
• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions clearly
• Must be able to stand, bend, lift moderate weights, and work in various environmental conditions
