Responsibilities

• Assist senior plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems on construction sites.
• Use hand tools and power tools to cut, assemble, and install pipes according to blueprints and schematics.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, schematics, and blueprints to ensure accurate installation of plumbing components.
• Support welding tasks and pipe threading activities to ensure secure connections.
• Help with site preparation, including layout work and material handling for plumbing projects.
• Participate in remodeling, maintenance, and field service tasks to gain broad industry experience.
• Follow safety protocols diligently while working with plumbing systems, mechanical equipment, and various tools.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical school or related coursework is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of construction practices and familiarity with construction site environments.
• Experience or interest in construction plumbing, carpentry, or handyman work is advantageous.
• Ability to read schematics and blueprints; basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
• Comfort using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and pipe threading tools.
• Mechanical aptitude with an interest in plumbing systems and general maintenance tasks.
• Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn new skills on the job.
