Apprenticeship Program Overview:

• 3-month paid training program
• Learn from experienced professionals
• Guaranteed position as Maintenance Technician upon successful completion
• Company vehicle provided after apprenticeship graduation

What You'll Learn and Responsibilities:

• Advanced water chemistry
• Professional pool maintenance techniques
• Equipment repair and troubleshooting
• Pool automation systems
• Industry best practices and safety protocols
• Learn to troubleshoot issues
• Will be with another technician during training learning how to provide next-level service

Requirements:

• Clean driving record (mandatory)
• Reliable transportation to warehouse during training period
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Willingness to work outdoors in hot weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
• Professional demeanor and good communication skills
• Being able to give attention to detail is a non-negotiable
