About the Apprenticeship

This is a 3-month paid training program designed to set you up for success. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals, learning real-world skills and best practices. Upon successful completion, you’ll step into a full-time role as a Maintenance Technician with your own route and a company vehicle.

What You’ll Learn

• Water chemistry and balance- the science behind crystal-clear pools
• Professional pool maintenance and cleaning techniques
• Equipment inspection, repair, and troubleshooting
• Pool automation systems and technology
• Safety protocols and industry best practices
• How to deliver top-tier service that goes beyond “splash and dash”

During training, you’ll be paired with a lead technician who will guide you through every aspect of the job.

Requirements

• Clean driving record (must have)
• Reliable transportation to our warehouse during training
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable working outdoors in the heat
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
• Professional attitude and clear communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
