Tool & Die Apprentices – Full-Time

ArtiFlex Manufacturing is hiring a full-time Tool & Die Apprentice to join our team.

What You’ll Learn
As a Tool & Die Apprentice, you will work alongside experienced Tool & Die Makers while learning to analyze specifications and blueprints, lay out and prepare metal stock, set up and operate machine tools, fit and assemble precision components, and build and repair dies, cutting tools, jigs, fixtures, and gauges. You’ll gain real-world experience in layout, troubleshooting, and die tryout within a professional manufacturing environment.
What Is an Apprenticeship at ArtiFlex?
Our apprenticeship program is a structured, hands-on training program designed to develop and advance your knowledge in Tool & Die Making.
- Department of Labor approved
- 8,000 on-the-job training hours, with pay regular pay increases

Hands-On Training
On the shop floor, you’ll train on essential equipment and processes including bandsaws, lathes, milling machines, surface grinders, drill presses, bench work, layout and assembly, heat treating, welding, and die tryout — building the practical skills needed to become a highly capable Tool & Die Maker.
We are Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years of age
- Punctual, reliable, and safety-conscious
- Strong willingness to learn and take initiative
- Ability to prioritize and support multiple areas
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively and perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation
