Position Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Apprentices/Trainees to join our Health Sales team in Pune. This role involves generating business through agents and roadshows while supporting agent recruitment, training, and productivity enhancement. Ideal candidates are freshers passionate about sales, customer engagement, and learning the insurance domain.
Key Responsibilities
Agent Management & Recruitment
- Manage and engage existing agents.
- Recruit new agents to expand the distribution network.
- Support agents with onboarding and lifecycle management.
Sales & Business Development
- Participate in roadshows, field activities, and local market initiatives to generate business.
- Plan and implement local schemes and engagement programs for agents.
- Ensure agent activation and productivity through regular follow-ups and support.
Training & Support
- Conduct basic training for agents on sales processes and product knowledge.
- Guide agents to improve performance and achieve sales targets.
Customer Engagement
- Assist agents in resolving customer queries and strengthening customer relationships.
- Maintain a customer-focused approach across all interactions.
Qualifications & Skills
Education
- Diploma / Graduate / Postgraduate / MBA (Freshers eligible)
Experience
- Fresher or candidates without a PF account
- Good communication in regional language and basic English
- Age between 20–25 years
