Apptio Project / Product Manager

Optomi, in partnership with a leading financial services client, is looking for a Product/Project Manager with expertise in Apptio tools.

Position Summary: The role involves managing the end-to-end implementation of Apptio One and Apptio TargetProcess as part of a broader enterprise tech tooling migration. The successful candidate will be responsible for documenting processes, organizing project plans, and conducting discovery sessions with stakeholders. The project is mid-way through its lifecycle and requires integration with Google Cloud (GCP).

• Manage the integration and implementation of Apptio tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and document project processes.
• Ensure seamless data flow into Google Cloud and align project requirements with business needs.

Must Have Requirements:

• End to end knowledge of Apptio.
• Integrations with Cloud environments (GCP, Azure, AWS).
• Experience understanding how Apptio will input data into a cloud environment.
• Jira tooling experience to document requirements.
• Ability to work across multiple stakeholders.
