APRN, Primary Care Clinic, Float Position

Professional Health Care of Pinellas is seeking a friendly, energetic APRN to join our busy Clinic team. PHC is a Physician owned practice providing quality care in Pinellas since 1997. In this position, Providers enjoy a work life balance schedule while practicing and positively impacting patient's health. The clinic has a full support team and uses eClinicalWorks. New graduates are welcome. PHC has a collaborative team providing a comprehensive, coordinated model of care to a mostly Adult and Medicare-aged population. Primarily manages the Adult and Geriatric – aged population whether in the presence of, or in conjunction with the Primary Care Physician. Acts as an extension of the Primary Care Physician to provide both chronic and acute care to our patients. Serves as Role Model of Professional to the patient care team. This position will float to multiple locations in Pinellas County.

Job Requirements: Florida APRN license, prefer DEA. Must have EMR system experience, prefer eClinicalWorks experience.

Additional requirements: Strong Interpersonal skills, good judgment, organized, takes initiative, attention to detail, positive attitude/works well with the team and Service Excellence/Positive Patient Experience skills. Role Model of Professionalism for patient care team. Strong EMR Documentation skills.
