About the Company: Saudi inland aquaculture startup using **RAS**, starting with **Tilapia** and planning to expand later. We focus on quality, sustainability, and operational efficiency.

**Responsibilities**

- Lead daily farm operations (feeding, monitoring, harvesting) and recordkeeping.

- Operate & maintain **RAS** and cooling; manage energy use.

- Monitor water parameters: DO, NH₃, NO₂, pH, temperature with alarm thresholds and response plans.

- Optimize **FCR**, reduce waste and mortality.

- Supervise & train staff; enforce biosecurity and safety.

- Produce weekly/monthly performance reports & KPIs (FCR, survival, cost/kg).

**Requirements**

- BSc/MSc in Aquaculture/Marine/Fisheries or related.

- ≥3 years hands‑on experience (RAS preferred).

- Knowledge of aeration, filtration, and cooling in hot climates.

- Team leadership and operational discipline.

- Willing to relocate to Hail.
